something about God's grace

here i am again, writing my blog at the beginning of another week,
last week was an "OK" week, there were some great stuff that happened in my life,
there were also some not so cool stuff that happened, anyways,
life is busy and that is for sure,
one question that i had on my mind was about God's grace vs Personal works + personal holiness,
and how one's personal holiness is important .. etc .. i was .. let's say .. confused over it .. so i asked God about it last nite .. and well .. this morning .. here's the verse my Pastor shared during his sermon, Titus 2:11-13 " For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope--the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, " .. He hit RIGHT on the target .. :-) .. it's BY and THRU God's grace that we can say "No" to un-godliness .. again .. BY and THRU God's grace .. not by our own plans or works .. well 1st if we are w/o GOD .. then any WORKS is dead .. .. , but then it's that GRACE that teaches us how to live this life .. :-) cool huh ..
well ... that's all i have,
i hope this coming week will be a good one,
and yeap i am doing a teaching in my bible study ...
don't quite sure what to teach yet .. anyways ..
maybe somewhere along the line of Legalism vs Lawlessnes vs Grace of God ...
